Objective: to find out legal protection for workers over the polemic of the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 2 of 2022 regarding the Pension Plan Jaminan Hari Tua – JHT which is considered legally flawed. Methodology: research was normative research that used a statutory approach, which examined problems using legal regulations in the form of legal regulations. The analysis used a qualitative method with the discussion used library research. Findings: Based on Ministerial Regulation Number 2 of 2022, JHT benefits will be paid when the participant reaches the age of 56 years. JHT benefits can still be enjoyed by participants who have been laid off, as long as the contribution period has reached 10 years. The benefits provided include 30% of JHT for homeownership or 10% for other purposes in cash. The rest of the benefits are taken at the age of 56 years. This scheme protects so that in old age workers still have funds to meet their daily needs. If all of them are taken, then the purpose of JHT protection will not be achieved, because the real objective of JHT is for protecting workers or laborers in their old age. Purpose: The government needs to create comprehensive legal protection to protect the workforce. Novelty Originality: legal protection for workers in the issue of seeking JHT at the age of 56.

The study “Difficulties in writing skill of Master of Business Administration at Tay Do University, in Vietnam” was conducted to examine the reasons why learners met the difficulties in writing. Especially, it investigated the difficulties and aimed to help learners overcome the difficulties relating to writing. Three instruments were employed to collect data. First, 50 participants in three classes - Master of Business Administration - course 8 and 9 responded 10 questionnaires with 21 closed statements. Second, 10 out of participants were invited randomly in these classes to conduct a paper interview to supply more information to make clear and prove the difficulties that learners had in writing essays. The data were analyzed by using descriptive approach. Moreover, this research gave a clear and specific view about difficulties in writing faced by Master of Business Administration at Tay Do University.

Learning using a hybrid learning system is one solution to overcome problems in the world of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Physical education, sports and health are one of the subjects that are required to implement this system. This study aims to determine students perceptions of the implementation of physical education, sports and health using a hybrid learning system at SMA N 1 Ngluwar, Magelang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection using a questionnaire. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with the number of research subjects as many as 32 students. The results showed that students perceptions of the applied learning system were positive. The results are in line with the real situations and conditions faced by educators when carrying out classroom learning, there are still many students who are less enthusiastic in participating in learning. The adaptation of educators and students in carrying out the new learning system used is one of the causes of the poor perception of students towards this learning.

On January 15, 1950, the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam issued a proclamation recognizing the People s Republic of China. Three days later, on January 18, 1950, the Government of the People s Republic of China issued a Declaration recognizing the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam headed by President Ho Chi Minh. This event opened the especially important period in the diplomatic relations of the two countries. Over the past 70 years, although there have been ups and downs, but basically, the relationship between the two countries is pure, positive, respectful, supportive and beneficial to each other on the basis of common ideology. This study highlights the outstanding features of Vietnam - China relations in the period 1945-1975, when the two countries waged revolutionary wars, fought against aggression, defended national independence and built a socialist society.

Through political speeches, the use of language plays an important role in shaping the political goals and activities of politicians. Political speeches have gained a lot of attention in recent years as a result of media coverage, and they have sparked a lot of curiosity. Manipulative language usage allows the speaker to exert influence over others without their will, with the control focusing on the recipients verbal contributions to the conversation and cognitive processes of reception and interpretation. The current research looked at power dynamics in President Bushs speeches, concentrating on semantic, syntactic, and pragmatic manipulation levels, as well as the impact on the receivers mental models. In this study, the researcher used Hallidayan Systemic Functional Linguistics to take a close look at George W. Bush s political discourses on the 2003 Iraq War. To accomplish this goal, Ten G.W. Bush interviews and speeches were gathered from various sources. Using Halliday s systemic functional linguistics as the analytical framework, discursive techniques, power relations, hidden meanings beneath the vocabulary, and the structures employed in the speeches were extracted and developed on. The study concentrated on the linguistic choices made only within three functions or meanings of the Hallidayan model. As a result, passive and active voices, nominalizations and emotive language within the ideational meaning, modality within the interpersonal meaning, and thematization (or theme development) throughout textual meaning were chosen to be analyzed in President Bush s comments about the Invasion of Iraq. Following the investigation, the researcher concluded that George W. Bush had manipulated the above-mentioned language traits. He had used these language methods in his favour and against the Iraqi people and Saddam Hussein, the countrys president at that time. Furthermore, language research indicated that the previous US president made every effort to convey his country s superiority and hegemony.

This activity was motivated by the phenomenon of violence in schools, both by students and by teachers. Symptoms of bullying behaviors such as verbal, physical, social, and cyberbullying can be found in junior and senior high schools in Purwokerto, Indonesia. This Participatory Action Research aims to establish preventive and intervention programs against student bullying. Before empowering students and teachers, it begins with mapping the problem of bullying, building relationships with stakeholders, planning preventive and curative actions. Community change is accomplished through workshops on bullying prevention and treatments, the formation of anti-bullying agents, and focus group discussions. The results of this activity are shown by the increase in knowledge of bullying in students, the construction of anti-bullying agents, preventive actions in the form of anti-bullying campaigns with poster media, the preparation of standard operating procedures for bullying intervention programs.

The study focused on bringing out the significant differences between public sector bank employees and private sector bank employees in the perceived organizational culture. The survey instrument comprised organizational culture dimensions like participation, individual recognition, action orientation, risk attitude, and trust culture. 400 bank employees from the state of Andhra Pradesh were selected using a random sampling technique. An independent sample t-test was applied with the help of SPSS. Results of the study showed that all the organizational culture dimensions significantly differed between public and private sector bank employees except Action Orientation

The process of buying and selling condotel is carried out based on PPJB in the form of a standard agreement as an important element in the process of buying and selling Condotel. However, standard agreements often lead to disputes between managers and PPPSRS. The standard agreement made unilaterally is more motivated by economic benefits, while PPPSRS is on the side of the disadvantaged, both regarding rights and obligations, agreement clauses and profit sharing. Type of legal research used is non-doctrinal and the approach method used in this research normative juridical method. This research found that it is necessary to update the existing regulations that regulate in detail how the sale and purchase agreement and condotel management should be carried out.

COVID-19 pandemic has brought serious detriments of many aspects worldwide. Negative impacts on the economy, social life, and humanity are critical, and history will still refer to this period as a dark picture of all humanity. The complicated and unpredictable changes of the epidemic forced all countries to find ways and use all resources to respond. However, along with new strains, the evolution of the disease is becoming more and more sophisticated. A complete end to this epidemic may not be possible. Therefore, people worldwide have determined to live with COVID-19 and adapt to the situation. Vietnam is no exception to this trend. Since the epidemic broke out in early 2020, the Vietnamese Government has built many solutions to deal with it. If these measures are effective, people must voluntarily and unanimously follow them. The tool that helps propagate and convince people, as well as a channel for people to give their feedback, opinions to policymakers for adjustments and more in line with reality, is through political communication. The article will analyse this communication in Vietnam in both directions, from the Government down to the people and vice versa, in the fight against COVID-19 in this country. The article is divided into three main parts: the first part will provide definitions and concepts related to political communication. The second part gives an overview of the activities and effects of political communication in the fight against the epidemic. The final section will concentrate on comments on this communication in Vietnam.

Fundamental human rights in include the right to marry and start a family. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia assures such right in its Article 28B. An exception to such right is through Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage which states that marriages are only deemed legitimate if they are done according to each religion or belief. This prevents Indonesian citizens from having interfaith marriages. This paper aims to discuss such restriction in carrying out interfaith marriage in Indonesia in relation to the fundamental human right to marry and start a family. The result of the research shows that while Indonesia is based on the Pancasila which underlies the provision of the Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Marriage Law, it still has the obligation as a living ideology to be protect all Indonesian’s interests, including families born out of interfaith marriages, and that the UDHR as an expression of the international community, clearly states the freedom to marry with no limitation due to religion.

One of challenges facing urban mangers especially in the developing countries deals with their inability to meet the water needs of the ever increasing population of its urban dwellers. The present study examined the challenges militating against effective water delivery to residents among public water supply agencies in Port Harcourt municipality. The non-probability sampling technique was used to select five (5) out of the twenty (20) neighborhoods in the study area. This sampling strategy ensured the deliberate inclusion of the planned areas of the municipality (Main Town, Diobu (Miles 1, 2 and 3), and Oromineke Layout, which are expected to still bear the footprint of past (colonial) planning for water delivery, and at least one of the old indigenous enclaves now being transformed into modern residential neighborhoods.Finding revealed that the challenges of public water supply in Port Harcourt municipality is not due to the absence of institutional framework, but low investment towards water infrastructural development, a situation that has led to dilapidation of existing water facilities in the municipality.Among the challenges militating the provision of water by public water supply agenciesin Port Harcourt include: inadequate investment/funding , vandalism /encroachment on water rights –of- way , and lack of political will. Others are Indiscriminate sitting of water projects , Lack of state owned laboratory for water testing, and issues relating to sustainability The study advocates for the revamping of the water supply schemes in the area by ensuring collaboration between and among public water agencies in the area so as to achieve sustainability in water delivery through the tenets of cost recovery strategies that will in-turn promote socio-economic development for not just the municipality but the state.

The origin of yoga dates back to the Vedic era, when the Indian saints stressed the importance of meditation among their disciples to concentrate on studies. They started practising ‘yoga’ and it started to spread in other countries due its spiritual and physical importance. The ‘Rigveda’ though, stresses on the importance of yoga and despite the fact that it is valued by many people till now, it started gaining momentum after the declaration of the International Yoga Day on 21st June 2015. Considering its importance, first yoga university was opened in 2013 in Gujrat. Many schools introduced a yoga teacher and a period for yoga practice in the schools. The corporate or the service sector where the employees have to bear the long working hours without the opportunity to move in different directions, have no strict law related to practice of yoga. Generally, the employees either sit or work in the same posture with only a break for taking lunch. Yoga is widely practiced on 21st June but there is no provision for its practice on the other days. If yoga is introduced in the workplace as a norm, it will help the employees in remaining fit; mentally and physically both, which will result in maximum productivity from their end and the same will ultimately affect the organisation positively. The need of the hour is to understand the importance of yoga in the workplace to maintain a healthy workforce to get the desired outcome.

The phenomenon of violence in the name of religion often appears in various media. This is none other than the lack of knowledge of a person in understanding religion. If it continues to be left, it will cause serious problems in state life. This research aims to analyze the problem of violence in the name of religion in Indonesia and how to overcome it. This research is field research conducted through observation and study of library sources. The results of this study show that violence committed in the name of religion is influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors described in this article.

This study aims to produce teaching materials based on a scientific approach to train student communication skills. The research design used the Kemp model which was tested on first semester students of 2020 with a total of 26 students in the 2020/2021 school year. The data collected in the form of teaching material validation data, communication skills data, and student response data. The data analysis techniques used include: qualitative descriptive analysis including: the results of the validation of teaching materials, the results of communication skills, and responses. The results showed that: 1) the validity of the student teaching materials developed was categorized as very valid; 2) the achievement of the communication skills studied by the researcher was categorized as very good; (b) Student responses to teaching materials and the implementation of learning were very positive and the lowest percentage was obtained, namely the teaching materials provided were very helpful and interesting to read, namely 81.69% with very good ratings. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the development of student teaching materials using the scientific approach can train communication skills of students in the Departement of Physics Education.

This research aims at identifying both teaching and learning styles of Beninese EFL teachers and learners so as to examine the impacts of these styles on students academic performance. Quantitative and descriptive research approaches have been used to collect data in 10 state-owned and private secondary schools through (2) types of questionnaire addressed to 20 EFL teachers and 200 students. In addition, a structured focus -group was organised with 12 EFL teachers to better understand their teaching style preferences as well as their impacts on their students’academic achievements The analysis of the data collected reveals that EFL students are different from each other in various ways; there is no standard teaching style and that a variety of technical and methodological resources is needed in the classroom so as to meet all learners needs; a match in teaching and learning styles enhances students motivation and achievement whereas a mismatch results in students failure. In order to prevent any hindrance to EFL teaching and learning process, this study suggests that EFL teachers be aware of their students learning styles and try to harmonize them to their teaching practices. It also recommends that government recruit enough professionally qualified EFL teachers and organize seminars and periodical trainings for them.

This research examined from a legal perspective regarding the unilateral termination of employment by PT Indosat Tbk, during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Two main issues were discussed in this study, the first was the chronology of unilateral termination carried out by PT Indosat Tbk to its employees during the Covid-19 pandemic, and analyzing the legal termination procedural during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study used a normative juridical research method using secondary legal data. Based on the results of the study, it was known that the chronology of layoffs was carried out by PT. Indosat, Tbk to its workers during the Covid-19 pandemic was unilateral. Meanwhile, the legal termination procedure during the Covid-19 pandemic must go through the stages of negotiations between the employers, in this case, PT. Indosat, Tbk with employees represented by existing labor associations. In its implementation carried out, PT. Indosat, Tbk did not carry out negotiations before carrying out simultaneous termination. In connection with the above, the employer should negotiate first before implementing efficiency by doing the termination of employment (PHK).

The Penta helix is a part of public policy, but in some cases, the Penta helix can become a standard for handling mining through reclamation. The involvement of Penta helix plus actors in overseeing mining activities to become Sustainable Mining Practices where there is reclamation in ex-mining areas that are beneficial to the surrounding area. This research method uses a mixed-method by combining qualitative data from interviews, documentation, and observations with quantitative data in the form of questions, then conclusions are drawn. This research shows that Penta helix plus is an alternative for handling mining that involves many parties and becomes an ideal new pattern. Penta helix plus offers a new formulation for synergistic public participation in controlling exploitation activities and hoping for reclamation activities. The involvement of the Penta helix plus also cannot be separated from the elements of communication and coordination as the main indicator in synergy.

Besides that, it can also play a role in the process of equitable distribution and increase in peoples income and encourage economic growth in Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this program is to find out the existence of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) which are still constrained by capital, access to marketing networks, and increasing product competitiveness based on the potential of the Pasuruan Regency area which is the target of foreign investment. With this innovation, it is hoped that the Satrya Emas Strategic program can become a strategic center and business development that is integrated, innovative, solution-oriented, and sustainable, quickly, accurately, and cheaply. So that this research can produce findings that explain the impact of the implementation of the Satrya Emas Strategic program and the obstacles and shortcomings in the implementation of the Satrya Emas strategic program.

The concept of commercialization is a strategic step in introducing Kapiten coffee products to be the flagship of Pasuruan Regency and brands with measurable coffee quality. This commercialization involves three important actors government, academics and entrepreneurs (triple helix) so that the captain s coffee succeeded in bringing Pasuruan Regency as an area as the best coffee-producing area. This study uses a non-metric Multidimensional Scaling method with ranking data processing which is the respondents assessment of the comparison of Kopi Kapiten with other coffee brands. In addition, this study also uses the Critical Path Method which is used to measure the duration of the work. The results of this study indicate that Kapiten coffee is superior in terms of taste, soft texture to attractive packaging, which is an important strategy to introduce Kapiten coffee products into the free market both domestically and internationally. As for the captain s coffee, it takes 51 days to be widely marketed, starting from physical analysis of coffee beans, roasting coffee beans, grinding coffee, mixing, waste treatment, primary packaging, secondary packaging, product pricing, determining market prices, making marketing strategies and creating digital marketing media.

Writing is an important aspect of language instruction since it is a necessary tool for students to develop their understanding of linguistic elements in practice. Nonetheless, when the teacher asked students to compose an English paragraph, several students struggled to put their thoughts into words appropriately. Not only do they struggle with syntax and vocabulary, but they also have trouble identifying and developing ideas. One of the weaknesses of certain students writing ability is that the execution of concepts is not clear and consistent, and they still rely significantly on sample essays. Accordingly, in this research work, the researchers purpose is to use the Think-Pair-Share technique to improve high school students English writing performance. The main objective is to build a procedure for creating and evaluating the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Technique, to assess the impact of the TPS on students writing performance, and to collect feedback from them on the benefits and drawbacks of the TPS technique, as well as possible solutions to promote the use of TPS technique. The experimental research design was utilized to begin the study, along with many questionnaires and expert approaches. A total of 40 students were chosen at random, half of them were assigned to the experimental group (TPS technique) and the remainder to the control group (no TPS technique). All of the students were required to complete a writing pre-and post-test, but only the experimental group were required to complete the post-questionnaire. The findings show that using the TPS technique in the classroom can result in considerable improvements in writing performance. In addition, all of the students gave excellent feedback. Furthermore, the study offers some recommendations for eliminating the drawbacks of applying TPS in order to enhance the techniques potential and make it significantly more fascinating and useful.

Micro-credit was designed to organize poor people s tiny savings into funds that could be accessed by the poor, particularly rural women. Microfinance is a powerful technique for affecting the socio-economic condition of respondents and their family members to generate more cash for personal purposes. The additional money enables the respondents families to purchase nutritious food, land, and construction houses, have access to contemporary health care, multiple cultivations, and small business, and send their children abroad as well as to school. The objective of this study is to explore the reasons for the received microcredit and the impact of microfinance on socio-economic enrichment based on primary and secondary data by using previous studies and direct personal interviews, in-depth interviews through open-ended questionnaires conducted with microcredit receivers from BRAC, Grameen Bank, and ASA as well as field staff respectively at Balunnaghar in Cumilla, Bangladesh in 2021. Both random and Snowball sampling technique was adopted to select respondents. This study highlighted that microfinance has brought a lot of positive changes in respondents income, family status, and overall socio-economic condition but somewhere few borrowers were unable to mobilize the credit appropriately; therefore, some bad loans arise. So, some recommendations are given for reducing the misuse of loans and also to be self-reliant.

Today, leaders are gravitating toward the opposite paradigm; bring me problems, not solutions. There are many reasons for this transformation in management philosophy. To optimize solutions and outcomes, we must consider diverse perspectives in dealing with a specific problem. Groups can accomplish much more together than any individual can on their own – regardless of their wisdom. Finding solutions to problems should not be a solo sport.

This article aims at raising the different aspects of life of Nigerian people prior independence and exalting inheritance or profit this people has gained in return after their encounter with the white man. It is certain that the issue of colonization has been the concern of many African and even non-African writers. In fact, colonization has disrupted the socio-economic and political structures and replaced traditional values by another system of values that are not suitable for African customs. From the image the white man has painted Africans, colonization does not acknowledge the existence of pre-colonial values. Hence, by necessity, the African writer is placed in front of an essential and complex duty, that of reconstituting the actual image of his group, rehabilitating the past in substituting to the distorted image depicted by the colonizers the African vision of history. Accordingly, Chinua Achebe is one of those intellectuals who have tried to make his readers realize the specificity of the African personality. This state of affairs has been his preoccupation in Things Fall Apart, his first novel published in 1958. He has proved in this book that the encounter of Africa and the West has resulted in a clash of cultures.

The article deals with the influence of Plato and Aristotle on the philosophical work and thought of Leo Strauss. Significant issues are approached, which are directly related to the Platonic and Aristotelian views of politics, always in connection with the direct crisis of nihilism brought about by the age of modernity. The interpretations given should be taken as a result of Strausss own research into the history of philosophy in an attempt to deal with political problems philosophically. Given that Strausss approach to Platonic and Aristotelian texts is unorthodox, the philosopher attempts to address complex political issues through the scope of their reinterpretation in a selectively synthetic way.

Mass holidays, which are an integral part of the culture of various peoples and ethnic groups, contain mandatory game elements in their core. The game is an integral part of the holidays, the simplest and at the same time effective way to influence the spiritual development of the individual.

This study describes the profile of students critical thinking skills during the covid-19 pandemic at the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya. The data collection instrument used was a critical thinking ability test developed by Hariastuti by adopting the WGCTA (Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal) model. respondents obtained through accidental sampling because the instrument is distributed in google form. The results showed that the critical thinking category of students was still in moderate condition so that efforts were needed to improve students critical thinking skills.

Therefore supporters have a considerable influence. Good for achievement. This study aimed to determine the relationship between motivation, loyalty, and behavior towards soccer achievement. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 100 people—data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, namely the variable motivation (x1), loyalty (x2), behavior (x3) as predictors, and the dependent variable is an achievement (Y). The results of this study indicate that (1) the motivation variable has a significant relationship between motivation and achievement of 0.871, (2) the loyalty variable there is a significant relationship between loyalty and achievement of 0.692, (3) there is a significant relationship between behavior and achievement of 0.766 , It was concluded from this study that motivation, loyalty, and the behavior of the three of them had a significant correlation to the achievements of football so that it influenced the achievements of football, especially the Persebaya club in Surabaya.

This qualitative study occurs in linguistically and culturally varied Moroccan higher educational contexts. It includes interviewing (10) University instructors from different universities in Morocco. The aim is to get their views and perceptions about the importance of implementing culturally responsive teaching pedagogy in their teaching methods and approaches to enhance learning opportunities for students from linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds. The notable objective of this study is to inaugurate an appropriate teaching pedagogy to teach students from varied backgrounds and to effectively satisfy the learning and teaching processes of these culturally and linguistically diverse students. The data collected from all the participants were studied and organized according to similarities and differences. The analysis of all instructors answers revealed their agreement that culturally responsive teaching methods and approaches are paramount to engaging culturally and linguistically diverse students in the classroom for more academic achievements.

The purpose of the study was to determine the formation of noble morals through character development in early childhood. A descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation were used. The study was carried out at Tarbiyatul Athfal Kindergarten Banjarmasin and Beruntung Jaya Kindergarten. Furthermore, data analysis was conducted in phases, including reduction, presentation, and conclusion with various findings. First, the formation of noble morals through character values in early childhood was influenced by habituation. Second, the noble morals in early childhood include religiosity, courtesy, honesty, independence, and discipline. Third, the religious, moral, and skill values were derived from the school’s vision and cross-site findings. Lastly, the formation of noble morals was strongly influenced by developing character values in early childhood, including parental support, school environment and infrastructure, and qualified teachers. However, less parental support, limited learning time, and the child’s condition inhibited noble morals.

The current research paper was carried out at a university in Hanoi, Vietnam in order to investigate the effects of misconceptions between Vietnamese syntactic concepts and those in English on writing performance. The design of the study was qualitative case study. The case was selected from 116 students who have finished their first year studying in different disciplines such as Business Administration, International Business, Banking and Tourism Administration … The scope of the study was the misconceptions on syntactic terms in three categories; verb-related, noun-related and adverbial related errors. The findings were that the verb-related errors such as wrong tenses, infinitive phrases and omission of be are frequently found; 31.9%, 30.9% and 29.3% respectively. The errors related to determiners and conjuncts make up 47.8% each. Most of the participants do not understand the meaning of syntactic terms in English. The findings also reveal that some students had poor understanding of the terms just because they did not understand the terms even in Vietnamese language. They are unaware of the importance of the comprehension of the terms in writing English composition. Many of them use the terms by their hunch or afflatus. Some said that their teachers explanations of Vietnamese syntactic terms were varied and difficult to generalize.

Law Number 6 of 2014 on villages has been ratified due to the persistent poverty suffered by the village community. Through financial decentralization (Village Fund Program) as regulated in the law, poverty reduction policies are expected to be applied by the lowest level of government. This study aims to evaluate the contribution of the Village Law to reducing poverty. Therefore, this study is important not only to assess how deepening process of decentralization works but also evaluate its impact to reduce rural poverty in Indonesia. The study was conducted in three regions in Indonesia, namely West Sumatra, East Java, and North Maluku Provinces represents the western, central, and eastern regions of Indonesia respectively. The findings indicate that although the studied village governments did not specifically design a development program for poverty reduction in their budget, access to basic needs and public facilities improved and rural unemployment reduced significantly.

The purpose of this project was to examine best practices for managing small wine firms, focusing in the case of Domaine Hatzimichalis. The analysis was based exclusivelyin the use of secondary information. Domaine Hatzimichalis is operating since 1973 and produces high quality wine. The firm is located in Atalanti Valley, a region which offers unique characteristics in terms of climate and microclimate for wine production. In this context, the paper firstly provides an analysis of the wine market of Greece, the role of wine tourism in development of wider area and then presents best practices for managing small wine firms, such as Domaine Hatzimichalis, providing recommendations for improving its overall performance, focusing in four domains: 1) local community involvement, 2) strategic partnerships, 3) environmental responsibility and 4) efficient branding. The results of the study are attempted to assist wine producers and local actors to apply strategies that will enhance the financial viability of small wine firms in an era of constant financial turmoil.

Having been developed from the 1980s to the present, the conceptual metaphor theory, which has been accepted as a scientific foundation with fully explainable ability, allows researchers to understand and interpret world categories through the system of ideas that are experienced in language. In the light of cognitive linguistics, metaphor is considered as one of the forms of conceptual thinking, reflecting peoples ways of thinking and conceptualization of the world around through linguistic expressions, a cognitive mechanism through which the logic of abstract concepts is replaced by the logic of more concrete concepts. Within the scope of this scientific paper, we draw attention to the conceptual metaphor of color, in which blue is a mapped source concept to a different target domain perceived by the Vietnamese.

General purpose financial statements are those intended to meet the needs of users who are not in a position to demand reports prepared to meet their particular information needs. This Standard applies to bodies in the Portuguese Public Administration. This work seeks to highlight the most relevant aspects.

Health promotion is a top priority worldwide. This includes mental health in older adults, who are at risk due to the ageing process, associated with deteriorating health status. Notwithstanding the importance of the topic, psycho-social factors are often neglected in the implementation or formulation of advanced age health promotion programs. In this context, it is imperative to reach a better understanding of the main psycho-social aspects involved in mental health promotion in older adults. The main objective of this narrative review was to identify documents that made a core contribution to the understanding of psycho-social factors related to mental health in community-dwelling older adults. To achieve this, a narrative review was carried out that included a total of 40 articles published between 2018 and 2022. This review was performed through an interpretive stance. Ethical approval was not required for this review. Three main categories were derived from thematic analysis: (i) mental health interventions; (ii) mental health and frailty in older adults, and (iii) social support in older adults. To conclude, understanding the main protective psycho-social factors involved in mental health in community-dwelling older adults is of paramount importance. Identifying the implications of the psycho-social factors in this population is vital to elaborate specific interventions, therefore enhancing their mental health.

The paper examines effects of prosperity gospel on contemporary Nigerian Christian church and society. It discussed its historical origin and noted that it was birthed in USA and since the seventies now spreading among Nigerian Christian churches and society like corona virus. The study used historical and descriptive methods in its analysis. It discovered that most prosperity teachings are misused, thus, giving a false impression and interpretation about what the Bible really teaches. Finding revealed that, prosperity teachings in a way gives one a sense of hope, direction and reassurance that the life one lives can get better if one can only have faith in God. Equally, it was observed that the prosperity preachers or churches are quite correct in pointing believers to God and the wonderful promises made in his word in order to get their needs met. However, many of these preachers or churches have misused the gospel for monetization, lust for materialism, crimes and selfish advantages and thereby impoverishing their congregation the more rather than improving their lots. This in-turn has reduced the spiritual and moral capacity of the people in the church and society. The work recommended among other thing that the purpose of gospel preachers today should rather focus on doctrinal issues related to desire for the kingdom of God, soul-winning, salvation of man, hard work and good conduct in the church and society than lust for materialism and commercialization of religious activities.

This study aims to discuss problems regarding the criminal system for children who are perpetrators of criminal acts and discuss the classification of criminal sanctions against children who commit crimes in Indonesia. This research is a normative yiridis research using secondary data and analyzed based on the laws and regulations related to the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the criminal system for child crimes, since the issuance of Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, prioritizes Restorative justice in the process of handling child cases. The classification of criminal witnesses as regulated in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System is divided into two, namely the main crime and additional punishment.

The phenomenon of the diversity of the Indonesian people with the various problems that accompany it is the interesting thing behind this research. The existence of multiple religions and beliefs held by the community is one example of the many aspects of this diversity. One of the Muslim thinkers and scholars whose thoughts are pretty concerned about this issue is Azyumardi Azra. This research is library research with a qualitative biographical approach. The method used is content analysis to understand and find the substance of Azras multicultural education thoughts in various literary sources. The study results: (1) In Azras view, multiculturalism leads to an awareness and affirmation that all diversity and differences have the same position in the public sphere. Multiculturalism is not only limited to understanding the existence of pluralism. The core values developed in Azras perspective are awareness of diversity (plurality), equality, humanity, justice, and democracy (democratic values); (2) Multicultural education is education for or about the diversity of society towards the formation of unity in diversity. Azras concept of multicultural education is based on the reality of the variety of the Indonesian nation to strengthen the four pillars of nationality, namely Pancasila, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.

The modern school of the 21st century is characterized by a pluralism in terms of student potential due to transformations at the social, political, cultural, national and global level. The coexistence of students from different cultural backgrounds is a challenge. Literature as a cultural product may contribute to the cultivation of intercultural empathy and acceptance of diversity, ameliorating interpersonal relationships. The present study examines how this can be achieved in the classroom, where group dynamics are constantly shaped through various processes. In the present study, ways of utilizing the literature are proposed regarding the treatment of issues related to identity, stereotypes, gender discrimination.

Prior to the Covid-19 global pandemic, school heads used to operate within known boundaries, with clear parameters, with set duty roasters, with clear lines of accountability and rules governing most things. Bureaucracy and by implication managerial leadership was the preferred approach to leading and managing. However, the context in which this approach was preferred has changed significantly because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Schools are now operating within prescribed Covid-19 guidelines. A raft of new measures such as physical distancing, wearing of face masks, hand washing, use of sanitisers and other public health protocols are now part of the new practices to reduce the spread of the disease. The new normal in school leadership has proved more difficult than the preCovid-19 one. It is a completely new ball game altogether, with no precedent or blueprint to learn from and yet school heads have to thrive in this unfamiliar territory. The problem is that they are now operating in an unfamiliar context, with new unfamiliar roles. This paper draws attention to the leadership practices that school heads can use to manage this disruptive change brought by the Covid-19 pandemic. It draws on lessons from experiences from elsewhere in the world to provide leadership practices that school heads can use.

Internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises is a topic that has been studied in various ways. Different scholars have tackled this topic from different perspectives and have found that there is no single way to internationalization. This study aims to build on previous literature by applying ethnographic studies of Mojokerto SMEs, which have been actively exporting to Asia since its inception. The goal was to find a variety of Theorem connections and applications for small businesses. By, this study challenges SME faced, but process of internationalization is also highlighted. With observations and personal interviews, uncertainties, conflicts within the network, profitable domestic markets, and lack of experienced management play a major role in the decline of international activities. I found out that I was doing it. The challenges facing companies in the process of internationalization are lack of management commitment to internationalization and overseas markets and promotion of networks at the international level, lack of trust and cooperation in the companys own network, and trust and overseas. Build insider knowledge with a new network of markets.

The study aimed at investigating the potential role of English club as a mean to improve students English speaking skills. The study focused on figuring out whether the application of English club could help enhancing students speaking skills or not, and identifying students attitude towards the activities of English club. The participants of the study were 90 first year students and 3 teachers of English at College of Education, Thai Nguyen University. The data collection instruments including questionnaire and class observation were employed. The analysis of the data collected revealed that the students had good scores in their speaking skills by joining in the activities of English club. The results from the questionnaires and observation were also reflected positive attitude of students towards the activities. On this basis, implications for teachers’ preparation, classroom practices and future research were proposed.

According to the definition of Law No. 10 of 1992, family planning is no longer just a matter of birth control but is more broadly related to issues of family resilience and welfare. The discourse of social policy decentralization has become a global discourse in the last two decades. Decentralization has produced many well-targeted policies, including family-based development. Pasuruan Regency has a fairly strategic policy, where environmental issues become a substantial aspect of family sustainability. Various programs are offered that lead to aspects of family-based development and community survival. So that in this research it will be interesting if there is a decentralized implementation model of social policy that sees the family as the direct beneficiary target. So that the gap between the ideals of family policy and family welfare is not only expected to be answered with the implementation of social policy decentralization but is also expected to be more targeted if the beneficiaries are families. This seems like wanting to place the family as a measure of development success. This makes it necessary to pay attention to Pasuruan Regency government policies in implementing social policy decentralization with an emphasis on family-based development policies that have a positive effect on family welfare and resilience in Pasuruan Regency.

At the study site for this research, Interprofessional Education taught in distance learning courses can be challenging for faculty, impacting student engagement, motivation, and success. A qualitative case study was conducted with students to explore participant perceptions of their engagement following their participation in a virtual synchronous immersive experience. The study took place during four consecutive semesters beginning in the Spring 2019 term. Participants at the study site are learning in a healthcare strategic planning course class that focuses on interprofessional collaboration as a basis of health strategy. Data was collected using open-ended questionnaires to determine students’ online versus face-to-face immersive learning experiences. Findings suggest that due to their engagement experiences, participation in a virtual Immersive Learning Simulation experience may be a viable substitute for the traditional face-to-face learning experiences. After the Immersive Learning experience, participating students and the healthcare experts were asked to respond to a questionnaire to assess their perceptions of the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities offered by the online immersive event. This research study offers new information about students and healthcare experts perceptions of an online immersive IPE experience while identifying possible strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

This study deals with some difficulties which sometimes encounter students of English during speaking the target language. This paper discusses some of these problems and focuses the light on the main causes of students weakness in this skill. A questionnaire was conducted to gather some information about this issue. Fifty students majored in English language at Faculty of Education, Misrata University shared in conducting this study during the Academic Year 2018/19. The data was analyzed by excel program. The findings of the study revealed that the majority of the students always feel worried about committing mistakes during speaking activities and they agreed that the material used for teaching skill do not suite their desires. They also blame their teachers for not encouraging them to do more practice outside the classes. The study recommended some items to be adopted during dealing with this skill to avoid committing many problems by the student.
